   Koh Denny dan dokter Jeffry. usia saya 43 tahun. 2 bulan lalu saya disoganidis terkena DM oleh dokter internist saya setelah mengubah pola makan dan meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, disertai minum obat anti diabetik (sulfonylurea dan metformin).. selama kirab2 45 hari kemudian, berat saya dari 91 kg menjadi 79 kg.. (dengan tinggi 170 cm).. gula saya sekarang berkisar 104 puasa dan 107 2 jam pp. pertanyaan saya untuk pangan yang saya konsumsi mana yang harus saya perhatikan? nilai Glicemiks Indeks atau nilai Glicemiks Load? sebab saya bingung terutama soal kentang rebus, apakah boleh tetap dikonsumsi diabetesi, padahal GI nya tinggi walau GLnya rendah.. terima kasih atas kesediaan menjawab pertanyaan saya
